Here is a recent newborn photoshoot I did of Miss Audrey. She was so adorable and I couldn’t believe how many smiles she was giving me at just four days old! What a wonderful little sweetie to work with! I look forward to getting to take her picture for years to come!

I reconnected at the beginning of this year with an old friend of mine, Ray. It was actually at a photoshoot that we ran into each other again. Ever since then we have been hanging out together and have an absolute blast. I have been elated for about 5 months now. He is so awesome and I wanted to share some pictures of us with all of you! Ray and I at my parents house for Easter brunch.

Us outside his Aunt's house. We went to church up in Cleveland so that's why I'm so dressed up. I love that dress!

My parents took Ray and I out to Flemings in Montrose for dinner to celebrate me passing my Praxis exams. That was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. We had a really nice time together.

My parents, brother & fiance, and Ray & I went to Casa del Rio in Wadsworth for my 30th birthday dinner. It has become a tradition for my family and I. I decided to not include the silly one of me wearing their sombrero!

Ray and I at my 30th birthday party at Thursday's in Akron. We had a great time. Ivan's deli catered it and did a fabulous job. I'm pretty sure everyone had a blast!

Heather & Dane’s Wedding!

I had a blast with Heather & Dane at their wedding this past Saturday, June 19, 2010. They were so fun and had the great idea to go to downtown Cleveland at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame. I’ve had the privilege of working with them a couple times now and they have been wonderful to work with. I could tell from the our first meeting that they were very sweet and head over heels for each other. Their wedding day was very telling of this. Alan & Renee’s Wedding

Alan and Renee got married back in October, as you can see from the colors on the trees in some of the pictures. Renee’s hair looked awesome, it was all her idea and it was quite possibly one of the coolest (and most complex!!!) wedding hair-do’s I’ve ever seen! The church was beautiful both inside the sanctuary and outside. The day was absolutely perfect: deep blue skies with perfectly puffy white clouds. It had just a slight briskness in the air that the perfect fall day would have. The sunset at Patterson’s Orchard is breath-taking every time I see it. If you look hard enough in one of the photos, just above the treeline is a thin blue line which is Lake Erie. I highly recommend that as a reception site. Thanks Alan and Renee for a great time!

Kirstin & Nate

Kirstin and Nate were such a pleasure to photograph. Their wedding was an afternoon wedding and the reception was at Silver Lakes Country Club. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and went off perfectly. They were so laid back and just enjoying the day with each other. The food at the reception was probably some of the best food I’ve had at a reception and their live band was so fun!

MY HALLOWEEN MUTTS!

I’m not a huge fan of dressing your dogs up in little outfits, like a tutu or a sweater, or whatever people come up with these days, but I COULD NOT RESIST DRESSING THEM UP FOR HALLOWEEN! I think these are hilarious! The only thing better than seeing them in these pictures is seeing them in person! Taylor walks around like she is a SUPER DOG! And Tank doesn’t know if he going or coming, if he’s a dog or a pumpkin! It’s sooo funny and I thought I would share these special moments with all of you! Enjoy!

Heather and Dane are too cute. They were so fun to photograph and are clearly deeply in love. I am very excited to shoot their wedding next June as I know it is going to be amazing.

Ginny & Preston

I had the privilege of photographing Ginny & Preston’s wedding the other day. The day was absolutely beautiful. We could not have asked for better weather. We had the most perfectly puffy clouds against the deepest of blue skies that day, which created the perfect backdrop against some of the photos. The wedding was in Youngstown, an area not as familiar to me as Akron or Cleveland, and they took me to a the Metro Parks there – part of Mill Creek’s Fellows Riverside Gardens. I think it was quite possibly one of the most beautiful gardens I’ve ever seen. I think the thing that I enjoyed the most about Ginny, Preston, and the rest of their party was how laid back they were and how they just wanted to enjoy themselves.

I am finally getting around to updating a cute little family portrait session that I did in Strongsville at the park. The parents and their family really enjoyed the pictures, which always makes me extra happy! **CHEESE!**
